Austin Together is excited to host an in-person Community Workshop designed to help nonprofit organizations explore Sustained Collaboration strategies and consider how these approaches can strengthen their work. The session will highlight practical ways collaboration can:
· Increase community impact
· Create operational efficiencies
· Improve coordination among organizations
· Enhance services for the people we collectively serve
In addition, attendees will hear firsthand from an Austin Together grantee, who will share their experience navigating the process—from early exploration and planning through to implementation. This candid perspective will provide valuable insight into both the opportunities and challenges of sustained collaboration, as well as the tangible outcomes it can produce.
