This workshop is designed to provide participants with a dynamic, hands-on learning experience where they can actively develop and refine their critical thinking skills. By applying these skills to various business scenarios, participants will not only gain a deeper understanding of how critical thinking can be used to overcome common workplace obstacles, but also improve their ability to navigate complex situations with confidence. After practicing the skills in the workshop, participants will practice helping their teams acquire the skills on the job.
