Idea to Impact: Program Design, Grant Development, and Program Evaluation

Nonprofit organizations often have strong ideas for addressing community challenges, but turning those ideas into reality can be difficult. The Idea to Impact training, created by a team of experienced consultants, guides nonprofits through a proven process for developing and launching effective programs. The training covers key areas such as needs assessment, logic models, budgeting, fundraising strategy, grant readiness, grant writing, evaluation, and stewardship.

In this day-long session, participants learn what funders look for in new programs and how to position their organizations for programmatic and fundraising success.
