This workshop is designed for nonprofit leaders and staff seeking to strengthen collaboration across a multigenerational workforce. Participants will explore the dynamics of five generations currently working together—Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z—and gain insight into the values, communication styles, and expectations each brings to the workplace. Through interactive discussion, the session will focus on strategies for bridging generational differences, improving communication, and fostering teamwork. The workshop will also highlight how generational diversity can be leveraged as a strength to build inclusive culture, enhance productivity, and support mission-driven work.
